6. The legal grounds for our processing of your personal data

Combinr AB bases the processing of your personal data on a number of different legal grounds depending on the purpose of the processing. These are described below.

6.1 For you who visit our website
The legal basis for processing your personal data is either consent or balance of interests. See also Combinr AB’s cookie policy.

6.2 For you who make a purchase
When you buy a trip, event or other service through us, you enter into an agreement with us. We therefore need to process your personal data in order to fulfill the agreement to which you as a registered party are a party or to take measures at your request before such an agreement was entered into.

In cases where such a contractual basis does not exist, we process your data after a balance of interests where we consider that Combinr AB’s interest in being able to provide what you request and in ensuring that a high level of service is maintained in correspondence or other matters outweighs your interest of personal data not being processed.

6.3 For you who contact us by e-mail, telephone or in another way
The legal basis for processing your personal data takes place after a balance of interests where we consider that it is Combinr AB’s interest to be able to provide a high level of service for correspondence or other matters and that you who have contacted Combinr AB should have your matter handled and your questions answered answered outweighs your right not to have your personal data processed.

6.4 For those who sign up for the newsletter
The legal basis for processing your personal data takes place after a balancing of interests where we consider that Combinr AB’s interest in being able to provide the newsletter you signed up for outweighs your right not to have your personal data processed.

6.5 When someone else books a service for you
See point 6.2 above.

6.6 Other
In some cases, we have a legal obligation to process your personal data. This applies, for example, to the processing of personal data that we carry out in order to fulfill the requirements of the Accounting Act.

7. Profiling

7.1 Combinr AB can process your personal data through profiling if you are a customer. If you are a customer, information about how you use our website is analyzed (see further Combinr AB’s cookie policy), which of our newsletters you interacted with in order to provide you with mailings that we think suit you.

7.2 You can object to the processing of personal data through profiling at any time. You do this by calling us (see contact details above) or by contacting [email protected]. When Combinr AB has received your notification, we will stop processing your personal data for this purpose.

8. How long do we store data about you?

8.1 Your personal data is only saved as long as there is a need to save it to fulfill the purposes for which the data was collected in accordance with this Privacy Policy. Combinr AB ensures that there is a continuous thinning of such personal data which, according to the above, is no longer necessary and where we consider that Combinr AB no longer needs the information. As an example, it can be stated that IP numbers are never saved for longer than six (6) months. 8.2 Combinr AB never saves information about you as registered longer than twenty-four (24) months after you last integrated with Combinr AB unless otherwise stated in this Privacy Policy or Combinr AB’s cookie policy.

8.2 Combinr AB may save personal data longer than stated above if it is necessary to comply with legal requirements or to protect Combinr AB’s legal interests, e.g. if there is an ongoing legal process.

9. Where do we get personal data from?

In almost all cases, the data is collected directly from you as a registered user. Data can also be obtained from, for example, your employer or friend (if someone other than you, for example, books an event where you are part of a larger group).

10. To whom do we disclose personal data?

10.1 We will not sell or share your personal data with third parties unless we have your permission to do so or unless otherwise stated in this Privacy Policy.

10.2 In cases where it is necessary to be able to provide a service to you or to be able to implement the purposes that follow from this Privacy Policy, we will disclose personal data to our personal data assistants. It mainly refers to the provider of hosting and operating services (of websites), accounting and invoicing services, customer registers, customer chat, newsletters and collection of reviews.

10.3 If suppliers (such as personal data processors) or partners will process your personal data on behalf of Combinr AB, we will enter into the necessary agreements with such suppliers and partners to ensure a high level of protection and correct processing of your personal data.

10.4 If you visit our website via a link from another’s website and book an event, your details such as name, email and telephone number may be shared with such other operator. Such other actor is then a separate personal data controller for the data we share with this actor. Combinr AB is not responsible for such processing of personal data that is carried out independently by third parties.

11. The protection of your personal data

You should always be able to feel safe when you provide us with your personal data. Combinr AB has therefore taken the necessary security measures to protect your personal data against improper access, change and deletion. For example, all information about customers and account holders is saved in a database that is protected by authorization control and a firewall.

12. Your rights

12.1 Combinr AB wants to be courteous to individuals when exercising their rights. Combinr AB therefore has clear guidelines and routines for how a request from a registered person should be handled.

12.2 As registered, you have the right to request free of charge information from Combinr AB about the processing of your personal data. We will, at your request, or on our own initiative, correct or delete incorrect or incomplete personal data, and/or limit the processing thereof. In addition, you have the right to request that your personal data is not processed for direct marketing purposes (see further below). You also have the right to object to such processing that Combinr AB carries out with balancing of interests as a legal basis. If Combinr AB considers that a treatment still needs to take place, it is up to Combinr AB to show that there are interests that weigh more heavily. In some cases, you also have the right to request that the personal data you provided to Combinr AB be handed over to you in a digitally readable format.

12.3 If you wish to get in touch with us to exercise your rights or have questions about our processing of personal data, please contact us according to the contact details that follow above.

12.4 In Sweden, the relevant supervisory authority is the Privacy Protection Agency (IMY). As a registered user, you can go there if you believe that Combinr AB is processing your personal data incorrectly or if you receive a message from us that you do not agree with and which concerns the processing of your personal data. You can find more information at www.imy.se.

13. Direct Marketing

13.1 Combinr AB may process your personal data for direct marketing purposes. We support such processing after a balance of interests where Combinr AB’s interest in marketing its business to potential and existing customers outweighs the data subject’s rights to protection of their personal data.

13.2 You have the right to object at any time to the processing of your personal data for direct marketing purposes. If you object, we will stop direct marketing based on a balance of interests.

14. Treatment outside the EU/EEA

14.1 Combinr AB strives for all processing of personal data to take place within the EU/EEA. However, it may exceptionally happen that Combinr AB may transfer personal data to suppliers and collaboration partners in a third country outside the EU/EEA. In the event of a transfer to a third country, we will ensure that appropriate protective measures have been taken and to provide the data subject concerned with the necessary information. Such suitable protective measures can be, for example, to:

i) ensure that the parties (for example, the data exporter and the data importer) enter into the EU Commission’s standard contractual clauses; or

ii) if the transfer takes place within a group, check whether the group has drawn up binding corporate rules (so-called Binding Corporate Rules) approved by a relevant supervisory authority. We ensure that all transfers to third parties and third countries take place in accordance with applicable data protection legislation.

15. Withdrawal of Consent

If we process personal data about you after you have given your consent to such processing, you always have the right to withdraw your consent. We then do not have the right to continue the processing in question (if there is no other legal basis for the processing). If you wish to withdraw a consent, please contact us via the contact details stated above in this policy.

16. Change of Privacy Policy

We may need to update this Privacy Policy for various reasons. We therefore encourage all registrants to continuously check whether the policy has been updated by you as a registrant checking our website where an updated, from time to time, version will be available. If there are significant changes to the Privacy Policy, this will be communicated specifically to you who are registered at that time.
